📦 ORDERS & SHIPPING

1. Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted suppliers and logistics partners across Europe and Asia. Your items may be shipped directly from our partner warehouses depending on availability and destination.

2. How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

- France & Europe: 7–20 business days

- Middle East: 10–25 business days

- Rest of the world: 10–30 business days

We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped.

3. How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Some products or regions may benefit from free shipping — this will be indicated on the product page or cart.

4. Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

If you are outside the European Union, your order may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility.

5. My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Please check your tracking number (sent via email). If it’s been more than 60 business days, contact us at khaestudio.com and we will investigate or issue a reshipment/refund if eligible.

6. I ordered several items but received only one. Is that normal?

Yes! To speed up delivery, some items may ship separately depending on the warehouse location. You will receive tracking updates for each package.

7. Are your products authentic?

Yes. We work with selected manufacturers and ensure the quality of each item. Our goal is to offer affordable, curated pieces with care and consistency.

8. Do you restock sold-out items?

Some popular items may be restocked. You can sign up for back-in-stock alerts or contact us directly to check availability.

🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS

9. Do you accept returns?

Yes — EU customers have the right to return their items within 14 days of receiving them, provided the products are unused, in original condition and packaging.

Exceptions:

- Personalized items

- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear)

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

10. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@khaestudio.com, with:

- Your order number

- Photos of the damage

 

We will issue a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

11. How long does it take to get a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 days, via the original payment method.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and secure payment services such as PayPal or Stripe (depending on region).

13. Is your website secure?

Absolutely. Our site is hosted on Shopify and uses SSL encryption to ensure that all payment and personal data is fully protected.

14. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn't been processed yet (usually within the first 12h), contact us immediately. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the item may already be in transit.

15. I made a mistake in my address — what can I do?

Contact us ASAP at khaestudio.com. If the order hasn’t shipped, we will update it. If it has shipped, we cannot modify the destination and are not liable for delivery errors.
