All prices are listed in EUR.
Payment must be made in full before order processing. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure payment methods.

Prices may be subject to change without prior notice. Promotions are not retroactive.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination. As a cross-border business, we partner with global suppliers. Therefore, shipping can take 7 to 25 business days depending on your country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local disruptions, or force majeure events.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for lost orders due to incorrect addresses.

6. Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties or taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

7. Return & Refund Policy

You have 14 days to request a return (EU customers)

Items must be returned in unused, original condition

Returns are at the buyer’s expense unless the product is defective

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for:

- Delays in shipping or delivery

- Loss or damage caused by third-party carriers

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our products

Our total liability shall in no case exceed the value of the product purchased.
