Thank you for shopping at Khae Studio. We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Please note: As we operate using international logistics, order processing times may vary slightly depending on supplier stock availability and country of delivery.

2. Shipping Times & Destinations

We ship to most countries in Europe, the Middle East, and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are as follows:

- France & EU

   7–20 business days

- Middle East

   10–25 business days

- Rest of World

   10–30 business days

 

Shipping delays may occur during busy periods, customs clearance, or due to external disruptions (strikes, weather, etc.).

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link (when available). Please allow 3–7 days for the tracking to become active.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and the items ordered. Some offers may include free shipping above a certain amount — this will be clearly stated at checkout.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union (especially to the Middle East) may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees. These charges are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for delays or costs due to customs clearance in your country.

6. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Orders

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to pick up, reshipping fees will apply, or the order may be cancelled minus the original shipping cost.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its location. Please verify that your delivery address is secure.

 

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with:

- Your local post office or delivery agent

- Your building concierge or neighbors

- The tracking information provided

 

If still unresolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist — however, we do not offer refunds for lost/stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

8. Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted suppliers and logistics partners, shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays due to customs, weather, holidays, or force majeure are beyond our control and do not qualify for automatic refunds.

If your order has not arrived after 60 business days, please contact us at contact@khaestudio.com, and we will investigate or issue a reshipment/refund where applicable.
