1. Right of Withdrawal (EU customers only)

As per Directive 2011/83/EU and French Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order — no justification required.

To request a return, contact us at: contact@khaestudio.com with your order number.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and sent back in their original packaging. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

 

⚠️ Exceptions:

Personalized items (custom fit, embroidery, etc.)

Sealed items unfit for return once opened for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear)

2. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive an item that is:

Damaged

Defective

Not matching the product description

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos, your full name, and order number. We will issue a refund or ship a replacement.

3. When Refunds Are Not Accepted

Refunds and returns will not be accepted if:

The request is made after the 14-day withdrawal period

The item has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

The parcel was delivered but refused without valid reason

4. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

Initial shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or the shipment incorrect.

5. Missing Orders

If you have not received your order within 60 days after dispatch, contact us. After investigation, we may offer a refund or reshipment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, holidays, or wrong delivery information provided during checkout.

6. Customs Duties & Taxes

Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your shipping country (especially outside the EU). These fees are the customer's responsibility.
